I/We authorise Fidgeons Crafts, to investigate the above references and have read and agree with the
following terms and conditions:
1. The first 3 orders of any new account are on a pro forma basis. After this time credit may be agreed.
2. Once a credit account is established, payments are strictly 30 days net from the date of the invoice.
3. International orders are paid for before shipment of goods.
4. Payment is due on the invoice due date, regardless of the date that the goods were received.
5. All new orders will be held until overdue accounts are brought up to date.
6.Any complaint relating to the invoice or goods must be confirmed to Fidgeons Crafts within 5 days of the invoice date, otherwise the invoice is considered to be true and correct.
7. Returned cheques will incur a £25.00 fee being applied to the account to cover bank charges.
8. We reserve the right to charge interest on over due accounts at a rate of 1% per month.
9.All goods remain the property of Fidgeons Crafts until paid for in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until payment is made.
