All products sold by Fidgeons Crafts come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your order or an individual product, simply return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or an exchange.
Please contact us at orders@fidgeonscrafts.co.uk beforehand to obtain a 'returns' number from us. Please quote this number on the packaging when returning an item to us.
Products should be in their original unit packaging and resaleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is damaged or defective we will also refund your postage costs in returning the item to us.
